CMWL SUMMER SOCIAL SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and live in the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter: a. Follow @cmwlnational on Instagram located at https://www.instagram.com/cmwlnational/. b. Share the specified sweepstakes post in your Instagram stories. c. Tag @cmwlnational in your Instagram stories when sharing the post.

3. Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on 12:00 AM Eastern Time on July 4, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 1, 2024.

4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on September 2, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize: The winner will receive a $1000 gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected directly from the @cmwlnational Instagram account and will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Publicity: By participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant grants The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions: a. The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond  The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL)'s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) in its sole discretion. b. The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
