What do I receive in an Initial Consultation?
In just 30 minutes, you'll receive a personalized report that details your baseline health risks due to weight and projected weight loss on CMWL's various plan options. You will also know if you're eligible to include GLP-1 medications into your plan experience.
How much does the Initial Consultation cost?
The Initial Consultation visit is $99 with promo code (regularly $199). You get a lot of great benefits in your initial consultation visit, including a one-on-one discussion with a medical provider who will review your history, a health risk assessment related to your weight, projected weight loss, and eligibility for medications. At the end of the visit, you will receive a plan to help you achieve your specific weight loss goals.
What do I receive if I enroll in a plan?
Your CMWL plan includes 4 to 6 visits with a virtual Nurse Practitioner, either weekly or biweekly depending on the plan you select. Every plan consists of a personalized nutrition plan using CMWL high-protein products and behavioral counseling sessions targeting your specific weight loss challenges. If desired and you are eligible, you may enroll in a GLP-1 Plan. 
Do I need special technical equipment?
The basic technical requirements to participate in the Virtual NP program are 1) a high-speed internet connection, 2) the ability to use a video conferencing application, and 3) a basic home scale. That's it!
How much does the program cost if I enroll?
 The cost of the nutrition portion and/or the GLP-1 medication of the plan will vary depending on your needs. The best way to understand the value of each plan is by completing an Initial Consultation visit.
